The gin is distilled locally in our hard-working copper still by Nikki, our Founder. When she created this artisan gin she was determined it would be smooth. This was recognised by the Gold Medal received at the prestigious International Concurs Mondial De Bruxelles, where we were the only award-winning UK gin!
 
Being very proud of our Essex roots, this Classic Gin is inspired by the beauty of our county.  Nikki uses poppy seeds from the county flower as one of the key botanicals. These give the gin its renowned silky, smooth mouthfeel and allow the other flavours to linger in the mouth that little bit longer.
 
The poppy seed and delicate orange blossom combine perfectly with seven, other carefully selected natural botanicals including fresh orange zest.
 
Serve with a slice of pink grapefruit or orange and Indian tonic for the ultimate Gin & Tonic.
