Gin cocktails we've fallen GIN love with

Whether you're spending Valentine’s Day with your partner, your best friend, your dog, or blissfully alone, it’s the perfect excuse to shake up beautiful gin cocktails. That’s why we have brought together this list of the best romantic cocktails for you to try this Valentine’s.


Each one of these gorgeous drinks mixes gin with a range of other delicious ingredients, from Rosé Prosecco to strawberries, even ice cream. You're sure to fall in love with these!


3 of the best gin cocktails for Valentine’s Day:


1. Racy Strawberry French 75

Two champagne flutes filled with a fizzy pink drink, topped with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.  A bottle of gin sits to the side of the drinks and pink confetti love hearts surround them too.
Get hearts racing with this classic cocktail

2 strawberries

12ml honey

12ml lemon juice

Prosecco Rosé


Put all of the ingredients, except the Prosecco, in a cocktail shaker and muddle together until well combined.

Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a champagne flute or coupe and top up with Prosecco Rosé.


2. Gin Floats (For 2)

A long stemmed, wide-necked glass on a marble top with a glittery pink background.  The glass contains layers of white ice cream and pink cocktail drink.  It is topped with bits of freeze-dried raspberries and a striped pink and white straw.
Is it a cocktail or dessert?!!

50ml Aperol

10 raspberries

25ml sugar syrup

6 scoops ice cream

Soda

Freeze dried raspberries to top (optional)


Divide the syrup and raspberries among tall glasses and muddle gently. Dividing evenly, add the ice cream, gin and Aperol.

Top each glass off with club soda and freeze-dried raspberries.


3. Cosmopoli-gin

25ml Cointreau

37ml cranberry juice

20ml lemon juice


Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake gently until the drink is well chilled.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve.
